The School of Science and Technology’s innovative, stimulating course in Mechanical Engineering offers the combination of university tuition and industrial placement experience, thus allowing students not only to learn from our highly qualified members of staff but also to translate theory into practice in an authentic environment. This programme benefits from the university’s links with the Northants Engineering Training Partnership (NETP), affording students the opportunity to undertake paid work placements as part of their qualification while developing their professional network.
